Round the Clock Availability

My personal assistant service is available from 9am to 9pm EST, Monday to Friday. After business hours, you may choose to have your calls forwarded to your voicemail box or to a specified number.

Human Answering Machine

I will be answering all your incoming calls and take all your messages.

Messages will be delivered to you through email, phone or fax, depending on your alert preference. Delivery of messages may also be scheduled at designated times of the day. Or if you require, you will be alerted of important messages instantly.

Tailored Greetings

You may record different greeting messages for each toll free number with us.

Patch Call

You may specify which calls you want instantly forwarded to you. Calls not flagged for forwarding will either be noted down or forwarded to your voicemail box.

On the Record

You may specify which calls you want recorded. Files will be sent to you through email after the call has been made or at the end of the working day, depending on your specifications.

Message Relay

You may leave a message for a specific caller and I will relay your message to your contact when he/she will call. I can also call your contact/s at a designated time to relay your message.
